Hartwell Health Care Center is a 92 bed long term care facility located adjacent to Hart County Hospital in Hartwell, Georgia.
Brown Memorial Convalescent Center is a 144 bed hospital based long term care facility located adjacent to Cobb Memorial Hospital in Royston, Georgia.
Cobb Health Care Center is a 116 bed hospital based long term care facility located just off Highway 98 in Comer, Georgia.
